「公屋客」購入宏景花園兩房以273萬元成交
富誠地產嘉峰臺分行經理李文傑表示，日前該分行成功促成一宗鑽石山宏景花園買賣成交。上述單位為1座高層K室，建築面積497方呎，實用面積424方呎，兩房兩廳間隔，座向東南外望開揚景，日前以273萬元(綠表價)成交，建築面積呎價5492元，實用面積呎價6438元。
李氏指，新買家為外區「公屋客」，有見單位鄰近家人方便照顧故購入單位自用；原業主最初開價300萬，其後與買方議價六口，單位最後獲減27萬元成交，減幅達9%。
據了解，原業主於1999年以100萬元購入，持有單位15年，是次轉手帳面獲利173萬，物業期間升值1.7倍。
