     富誠地產區域經理林栢榮表示，不少白表免補地價居屋申請人已收取批准信，陸續流入市場，刺激居屋買家加快入市步伐。

 

     富誠分行日前成功促成一宗業主獨家委託宏景花園成交，成交單位為宏景花園5座中層K室，單位建築面積497方呎，實用面積424方呎，間隔2房2廳，坐向西南，外望開揚景，現以263萬元(綠表價)成交，以建築面積計算，折合平均呎價約5292元；以實用面積計算，折合平均呎價約6203元，成交價為合理市價。

　　林栢榮續稱，新買家為區外上車客，以263萬元(綠表價)購入單位作自住用途。據了解，原業主最初開價270萬元(綠表價)，雙方先後議價約2次，最終以263萬元(綠表價)成交。據了解，原業主於2000年2月103萬元(綠表價)購入上址，持貨約13年，是次轉手帳面獲利160萬元，單位升值約1.5倍。
