嘉峰臺車位交投增

富誠地產區域經理林栢榮表示，近期二手樓市交投明顯放緩，反而車位交投卻逆市上升。以牛池灣嘉峰臺為例，該行截至昨日錄得13宗買賣成交，較上周同期上升一倍半，車位平均售價約為37萬，視乎出入口位而定。

　　林氏續稱，現時屋苑車位的月租介乎1800-2100元，推算其租金回報率大約為5.8-6.8厘不等。該行最近促成一宗車位成交，車位以34萬元成交，按照其市值月租2000元計算，此車位的租金回報率更達7厘。林栢榮補充，目前屋苑可售車位共有5個，價錢由35.5萬元至38.5萬元不等，當中位於4樓的車位佔4個，其餘1個位於5樓。
