       富誠地產區域經理林栢榮表示，近日分行錄得慈雲山華基大廈高層E室的成交個案，單位建築面積400方呎，間隔2房2廳，外享東北開揚景，現以203萬元成交，折合平均呎價5075元，屬合理市價。
　　林氏續指，買家為區內上車客，睇樓1星期，購入單位自住。據了解，雙方是次以「一口價」203萬元成交。原業主最初於2010年6月以142萬元購入上述單位，持有單位約2年，成交帳面獲利61萬元，單位升值43%。
