一手業主持貨14年帳賺$343萬元
 
富誠地產營運董事林栢榮表示，樓市落實減辣後，市場氣氛改善，買家入市步伐明顯較上月加快，加上美聯署暫停加息，更加強買家入市信心，週末預約睇樓量更創近月新高。

林栢榮表示，本公司促成一宗鑽石山瓊軒苑3房單位成交，上述單位為屋苑低層4室，建築面積812呎，，實用面積641呎，單位為大3房間隔，座向東望市景，業主於上月以居二市場價$548萬元放售，經雙方議價後以$508萬元成交，建築呎價@6,256元，實用呎價@7,925元，累減$40萬元或7%。


原業主於2009年1月以$165萬元購入，持有單位14年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$343萬元，期間升值約2倍。
