牛池灣嘉峰臺自上月起經本公司促成8宗買賣成交最新3房單位日前以居二市場價$535萬元成交

富誠地產客戶主任曾遠東表示，農曆新年假期完結後，市場利好消息不斷，中港兩地全面通關，美國聯署加息亦附合預期，買家入市信心增強，樓價開始低位反彈。

曾遠東表示，本公司促成一宗牛池灣嘉峰臺3房單位成交，上述單位為屋苑1座低層G室，建築面積683呎，實用面積582呎，單位為3房間隔，座向東南望樓景，業主於上年11月以$590萬元(綠表)放售，雙方議價後以$535萬元綠表成交，建築呎價@7,833元，實用呎價@9,192元。

原業主於2007年12月以$158萬元購入，持有單位16年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$377萬元，其間升值約2.38倍。
