上述單位業主於2021年12月透過地產代理以$508萬元(綠表)放售，單位屬低層戶，景觀略為遜色，但單位保養得宜，可即買即住。 放盤期約4個月，粗略統計有30多台客人視察，最後由今期白居二家庭客購入，客人計劃簡單翻新後即時入住。 

原業主於2010年11月以$160萬元(綠表)購入，持有單位12年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$273萬元，其間升值近1.7倍。
