瓊山苑19年獲利95​萬元

富誠地產客戶經理曾遠東指，近日錄得瓊山苑一宗二手成交。成交單位位於牛池灣瓊山苑D座高層7室，單位面積為519呎，間隔為2房2廳，望向東北山景，成交價為240萬元，平圴呎價為4624元，馬指成交價高於市價約5%。

曾續指，新買家為區外上車客，睇樓約3日，經過2口議價，終以240萬元成交。據了解，原業主於93年10月以145萬購入上址，是次交易帳面獲利95萬元，單位升值約65%。
