帝峯豪苑13年獲利2​09萬元

富誠地產區域經理林栢榮表示，該行近日錄得牛池灣帝峯豪苑一宗二手成交個案。成交單位為帝峯豪苑低層a室，建築面積932方呎，3房2廳1套房間隔，外望東南球場景，現以570萬元成交，折合平均呎價約6116元，屬於市場價成交。

林氏續稱，新買家為區內上車客，睇樓約半年，遂決定購入上址作自住用途。原業主最初叫價580萬元，其後願意減價10萬元，以570萬元成交。據了解，原業主於1999年4月以361萬元購入上述單位，持貨約13年，轉手帳面獲利209萬元，升值約58%。
