　　林氏續稱，新買家為區外上車人士，睇樓約1星期。原業主初時叫價200萬元，買賣雙方還價至195萬元成交。原業主於2009年12月以145萬元(自由市場)購入上址，是次轉手獲利50萬元，單位升值約34%
