相隔5個月第2宗過3百萬高價成交 公屋竹園北村再度破頂 最新以$348萬(綠表)售出 是次成交為屋苑歷年來綠表造價新高

富誠地產客戶主任林惠芳表示，分行錄得一宗竹園北村2房單位成交，上述單位為黃大仙竹園北村 第11座 榕園樓高層5室，建築面積631呎，實用489呎，單位為2房間隔，座向東南望市景，日前以$348萬(綠表)成交，建築呎價@5515,實用呎價@7117元。

據了解，原業主於1999年10月以28.2萬元購入，持有單位17年，是次轉手帳面獲利約320萬元，其間升值1134% 。
