富誠地產高級客戶經理謝婉玲表示，分行錄得一宗悅庭軒2房單位成交，上述單位為鑽石山 悅庭軒 第01座高層C室，建築面積577呎，實用454呎，單位為2房間隔，座向東望市景，日前以$600萬成交，建築呎價@10399,實用呎價@13216元。

據了解，悅庭軒今年內成交2宗，因放盤一向短缺，所以就算樓市明顯有下調現象，成交造價仍能以新高價售出 。

原業主於2011年5月以368萬元購入，持有單位5年，是次轉手帳面獲利約232萬元，其間升值63% 。
