富誠地產高級客戶經理曾遠東表示，本公司促成一宗新光中心2房單位成交，上述單位為黃大仙新光中心 第02座高層B室，建築面積502呎，實用382呎，單位為2房間隔，座向西北望市景，日前以$502萬成交，建築呎價@10000,實用呎價@13141元。

據了解，上述單位於2015年樓市高峰期開始放售，原開價$580萬，因當時樓市氣氛日日創新高，業主跟隨市場開高，巧遇樓市轉角，業主只可減價至近日$502萬售出。

原業主於2010年7月以$246萬元購入，持有單位6年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$256萬元，其間升值104% 。
