慈雲山滙豪山2房呎價5592元

　　富誠地產分行經理陳錫金表示，近日錄得慈雲山滙豪山的一宗二手成交個案。成交單位為匯豪山低層A室，建築面積617方呎，間隔2房2廳間隔，單位外望樓景，現以345萬元成交，折合平均呎價約5592元，屬市場價成交。
　　陳氏續稱，新買家為區外上車客，睇樓約2個月，決定購入上址自住。雙方曾還2口價，最終原業主減價3%，促成交易。據了解，原業主於2008年10月以291.9萬元購入上述單位，持貨約3年，轉手帳面獲利53.1萬元，升值約18%。
